The data processing on this website is carried out by the website operator, whose contact details can be found in the imprint section on this website.
How do we collect your data?
On the one hand, your data is collected when you are submitting it to us, this may, for example, happen when you enter the data into a contact form. On the other hand, your data is being collected automatically by our IT systems when you visit the website. This is mainly technical information (e.g., Internet browser, operating system, or the time of the page request). This information is being collected automatically as soon as you enter our website.
What do we use your data for?
Part of the data is being collected to ensure a flawless website operation. Other data can be used to analyze your usage behavior.
What rights do you have regarding your data?
You have the right to obtain information about the origin, the recipients, and purpose of storing your personal data, at any time, and without costs. You also have a right to request the correction, blocking, or deletion of this data. For this purpose, as well as for further questions about data protection, you can contact us at any time at the address given in the imprint. Furthermore, you have a right to appeal to the competent data protection authority.
In certain circumstances, you additionally have the right to request restrictions for processing your personal data. Details about that can be found in the privacy policy under "Right to restriction of processing".
2. General notes and mandatory information
Privacy
The operators of this website take the protection of your personal data very seriously. We treat your personal data confidentially and by the statutory data protection regulations and this privacy policy.
If you use this website, various personal data will be collected. Personal information is information that can be used to identify you personally. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, what we use it for, how we do that, and for what purpose.
Please note that data transmission over the Internet (e.g., in the case of communication by E-Mail) can be subject to security vulnerabilities. Completely reliable protection of data from access by third parties is not possible.
Notes regarding the responsible body
The body responsible for data processing on this website is:
Thomas Boldt
Dehnhaide 85
D-22081 Hamburg
E-Mail: info@tomboldtmusic.com
The responsible body is the natural or legal person, who, alone or in concert with others, decides on the purposes and means of processing personal data (e.g., names, E-Mail addresses, etc.).
Revocation of your consent to data processing
Many data processing operations are only possible with your express consent. You can revoke any already given consent at any time. A simple message by E-Mail to us is sufficient. The legality of the data processing carried out until the revocation remains unaffected by the consent being withdrawn.
Right to object to data collection in individual cases and to direct mailings (Article 21 GDPR)
If the data is being processed on the basis of point (e) or (f) of Article 6(1) GDPR, you have the right, at any time, to object to the processing of your personal data, for reasons that may arise from your particular situation; this also applies to profile based on these provisions. The respective legal basis on which the processing is based can be found in this privacy policy. If you object, we will cease processing your personal data, unless we can provide evidence of compelling legitimate grounds for processing, that outweigh your interests, rights, and freedoms, or in case the data is being processed for enforcing, pursuing or defending legal claims (objection according to Article 21(1) GDPR).
If your personal data is processed for direct mailing purposes, you have the right, at any time, to object to the processing of your personal data for such advertising; this also applies to profiling insofar as it is associated with such direct mailings. If you object, your personal data will then no longer be used for direct advertising (objection under Article 21(2) GDPR).
Right of appeal to the competent supervisory authority
In the case of violations of the GDPR, the persons concerned have a right of appeal to a supervisory authority, in particular in the Member State of their habitual residence, their place of work or the place of the alleged infringement. The right to complain is without prejudice to any other administrative or judicial remedies.
Right to data portability
You have the right to have the data that we process based on your consent or in fulfillment of a contract, turned over to yourself or a third party in a standard, machine-readable format. If you require the direct transfer of the data to another person in charge, this will only be done to an extent that is technically feasible.
SSL/TLS encryption
For security reasons, and to be able to protect the transmission of confidential data, such as orders or requests that you send to us as the site operators, this site uses SSL or TLS encryption. An encrypted connection is indicated by the browser's address bar changing from "http://" to "https://" and/or the lock icon in your browser bar.
If SSL or TLS encryption is enabled, the data you submit to us cannot be read by third parties
Information, blocking, deletion, and correction
Within the scope of the applicable legal provisions, you have the right to obtain information about your stored personal data, their origin, and recipient and the purpose of the data processing, and if necessary, a right to correct, block or delete this data, at any time, and with no costs. For further information on personal data, you can contact us at any time at the address given in the imprint.
Right to restriction of processing
You have the right to request the restriction of the processing of your personal data. You can contact us at any time at the address given in the imprint. The right to restrict processing exists in the following cases:
- If you dispute the accuracy of your personal information stored with us, we usually need time to verify this. For the duration of the audit, you have the right to request the restriction of the processing of your personal data.
- If the processing of your personal data is and/or has been unlawful, you may request the restriction of data processing instead of deletion.
- If we no longer need your personal information, but you need it to exercise, defend or enforce legal claims, you have the right to request that your personal information be restricted instead of being deleted.
- If you have filed an objection under Article 21(1) GDPR, there must be a trade-off between your interests and ours. As long as it is not clear whose interests prevail, you have the right to demand the restriction of the processing of your personal data.
- If you have restricted the processing of your personal data, this data may only be used with your consent or to assert, exercise or defend legal claims, or protecting the rights of another natural or legal person, or for reasons of important public interest for the European Union or a Member State.

The website operator has a legitimate interest in the storage of cookies for the technically correct and optimized functionality of its services. If other cookies (e.g., cookies for the analysis of your surfing behavior) are stored, they will be treated separately in this privacy policy

If you send us inquiries via the contact form, your details from the inquiry form, including the contact details you provided there, will be stored to process the request and in case of follow-up questions. We will not share this information without your consent.
The processing of the data entered into the contact form takes place exclusively based on your consent (point (a) of Article 6(1) GDPR). You can revoke this consent at any time. A simple message by e-mail to us is sufficient. The legality of the data processing carried out until the revocation remains unaffected by the consent being withdrawn.
The data entered by you in the contact form remains with us until you ask us to delete it, revoke your consent for storage, or the purpose for the data storage is no longer given (e.g., after completion of your request). Mandatory statutory provisions - especially retention periods - remain unaffected.
Inquiry by e-mail, telephone or fax
If you contact us by e-mail, telephone or fax, your request, including all resulting personal data (e.g., name or demand) will be stored and processed by us to handle your request. We will not share this information without your consent.
The processing of this data is based on point (b) of Article 6(1) GDPR, in case your request is related to the performance of a contract, or is required to carry out pre-contractual action. In all other cases, the processing is based on your consent (point (a) of Article 6(1) GDPR) and/or on our legitimate interests (point (f) of Article 6(1) GDPR), since we have a legitimate interest in the effective processing of requests addressed to us.
The data sent by you to us via contact requests remains with us until you ask us to delete it, revoke your consent to the storage, or the purpose for the data storage is no longer given (e.g., after completion of your request).
